Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring that no unauthorised person has access to the same.

If you have previously been suspended or removed from the Services you cannot access or use the Services again.

General Terms and Conditions

• When you sign up to become a Member, you will be asked to choose a username and a password. You are entirely responsible for the security of your password and should notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Member profile or your password.
• You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason.
• The Services are for the personal use of individual Members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours.
• We own and retain all proprietary rights to the Services and you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any of our Property.
• You are solely responsible for the Content that you post or transmit on the Services. Upon registering for our site, you agree that some or all of your user information may be used by 3rd party sources.
• Acts such as promoting racism, hatred or physical harm, providing instructional information about illegal activities or soliciting passwords are strictly prohibited. You must use the Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations and may not include in your Member profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses.
• If any problems or technical issues occur and your account cannot be accessed we cannot be responsible.
• You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
• You agree that, if you are under the age of 18 years, you have direct permission from a parent/guardian that you are allowed to use this website.
• Making sexual propositions to anyone under the age of 18 years old is against our terms of service and illegal.
• We do not tolerate spam and sending spam will result in your account being deleted and you banned from being a Member.

You agree that the provisions of this section will survive any termination of your account or of the Services. The Services are provided by us on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied including, without imitations, warranties of title, non-infringement or implied warranties or fitness for a particular purpose.
